PHPoC Shield is stackable on Arduino Uno and Mega, and communicates with them through SPI interface. There are various built-in Web applications which Arduino users can use without Web programming. Users just need to program on Arduino side. For advanced users, they can customize or develop their own Web Apps on PHPoC Shield.
