CIE-H12G – Remote I/O Controller (Modbus/TCP + Web)
CIE-H12G is a compact Ethernet Remote I/O controller for monitoring ON/OFF signals and controlling a relay output over the network. It supports Modbus/TCP, HTTP (web control), and Macro mode for simple autonomous logic, making it ideal for remote monitoring, power control, and distributed “Internet Switch” style installations.
Key features
- • Monitor ON/OFF status via two opto-isolated inputs (dry contact + wet contact, up to 24VDC).
- • Control one NO relay output (ON = short, OFF = open) with up to 5A @ 28VDC resistive load.
- • Control/monitor via Modbus/TCP or directly from a web browser using the embedded web server.
- • Macro mode enables simple logic automation locally (Boolean AND/OR/NOT on inputs).
- • Industrial-friendly: wide operating temperature (-40°C to +85°C) and compact enclosure.
Networking, compatibility & control methods
CIE-H12G fits easily into SCADA / HMI / PLC environments thanks to Modbus/TCP and a standard Ethernet interface. For quick commissioning or simple remote operation, you can also control and monitor I/O through HTTP (web page) without writing software. Security options include IP/MAC filtering and a configuration password.
