CIE-M10A – 8-Port Remote I/O Networking Module (Modbus/TCP + Web + ADC + Serial Gateway)

CIE-M10A is a compact remote I/O control module with 8 digital inputs, 8 digital outputs, and 1 analog input (10-bit ADC). It lets you monitor and control I/O over Ethernet/Internet using Modbus/TCP (or Serialized Modbus/TCP) and an embedded web interface. A Macro function is also available for simple stand-alone logic control, and the module supports Serial↔TCP/IP conversion for network access to serial devices.

Remote monitoring & control (Modbus/TCP + HTTP)

CIE-M10A can be controlled from PLC/SCADA/HMI systems using Modbus/TCP (or Serialized Modbus/TCP). For fast access, the embedded web method (HTTP) lets you control outputs and monitor I/O from any browser. The web UI can be changed to suit your application, which is useful for simplified operator screens.

Internet Switch

Autonomous logic & Internet Switch

Macro mode allows automatic output control using a simple logic expression based on input states—ideal for stand-alone rules without a PLC. CIE-M10A is also well suited for “Internet Switch” style applications, where multiple devices can be used to build a distributed I/O control system.

Analog input (10-bit ADC) for sensor values

In addition to digital I/O, CIE-M10A provides one analog input (10-bit ADC), which is useful for connecting simple analog sensors. Read the measured value through Modbus/TCP and display it on your custom web page if needed.
