CSW-H85N – Serial WLAN Device Server
CSW-H85N is a Serial-to-Wireless LAN adapter that brings Wi-Fi connectivity to industrial serial equipment via RS232/RS422/RS485. It enables remote monitoring and control over WLAN, supports Soft AP for quick mobile setup, and provides secure operation for professional deployments.

Wireless modes for real deployments
Deploy CSW-H85N in Infrastructure mode with a normal Wi-Fi router/AP, use Ad-hoc for small point-to-point links, or switch to Soft AP for fast commissioning and on-site maintenance without needing existing Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- • Soft AP is ideal for field setup and temporary service access.
- • Multi-Monitoring helps when multiple tools/HMIs need to observe the same serial link.
Security, framing & operational tools
For enterprise and industrial rollouts, CSW-H85N supports WPA-Enterprise and SSL encryption. Packet fragmentation (separator) helps when your serial protocol is message-based, and monitoring tools help you keep track of connection status in production.
