P5H-151 – RS232 PHPoC IoT Gateway

P5H-151 is a programmable IoT gateway that connects RS232 serial devices to Ethernet and lets you build custom edge logic with PHPoC (PHP on Chip). Pre-process, filter, and reformat serial data before sending it to your systems, and control/monitor devices through a built-in web server.

Key features of the P5H-151

  • Programmable gateway with PHPoC interpreter (script your own data handling and integrations).
  • Connect RS232 devices to IP networks and pre-process data before sending it to your systems.
  • Embedded web server for device settings, control and monitoring via browser.
  • Development and configuration through USB using PHPoC Debugger.

Programmable RS232 edge gateway with custom data handling

Use PHPoC scripts to read RS232 data, modify/reformat it (e.g., JSON/CSV/XML), filter noise, add timestamps or device IDs, and then forward it to your backend using the protocol you prefer.

  • Build serial→TCP, serial→HTTP/HTTPS, or serial→MQTT style gateways by scripting the logic.
  • Ideal for “can’t find a converter that fits” situations—make the gateway match your format and workflow.

P5H-151 web interface for monitoring & control

P5H-151 includes a web server that can execute PHPoC scripts and serve a user-customized webpage. Use it to build dashboards, control screens, configuration pages, and real-time monitoring.

  • Browser-based access for remote control and monitoring.
  • WebSocket support enables real-time updates and interaction.
PHPoC Interpreter
Write simple scripts to pre-process, route, and enrich data at the edge.
RS232 device networking
Bring legacy serial devices into modern IP workflows without redesigning hardware.
Web server + WebSocket
Build dashboards and control pages with real-time interaction from any browser.
Protocol flexibility
Implement the gateway behavior you need (TCP, HTTP/HTTPS, MQTT, Modbus/TCP, and more).
Security building blocks
Use TLS and authentication methods to meet real deployment security requirements.
USB development workflow
Use PHPoC Debugger to upload/edit scripts, debug, monitor resources, and manage firmware.
